LALAL.AI supports a wide range of audio and video formats, including MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, AAC, AIFF, MP4, MKV, and AVI. The output format can be the same as the input format, or you can choose a different format for the extracted stems.

No, the minutes in your LALAL.AI package never expire. You can use them at any time, even months or years after purchase. Once you've purchased a package, the minutes remain in your account until you use them.

Minutes are deducted based on the length of the audio file and the number of stem separation types you select. For example, if you process a 5-minute track with both Vocal/Instrumental and Drums separation, 10 minutes will be deducted from your account (5 minutes × 2 separation types).

The maximum file size for all plans is 2GB per file. If you have larger files, you can split them into smaller segments before uploading, or contact our support team for assistance with processing larger files.

For best results, upload high-quality audio files (higher bitrate MP3s or lossless formats like WAV or FLAC). You can also try our Enhanced Processing feature, which offers two modes: Clear Cut (minimizes cross-bleeding between stems) and Deep Extraction (captures more details but may increase cross-bleeding).

Yes, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with our service. Please note that refunds are only available for unused minutes. If you've already used some or all of the minutes in your package, those used minutes will be deducted from the refund amount.

Yes, we take data privacy very seriously. Your uploaded files and extracted stems are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not share your audio data with third parties, and all files are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days unless you choose to keep them in your account.
